Laurence Titton
Laurence spent 6 years in the entertainment lighting industry working as a maintenance engineer for Vari-Lite rising to Head Engineering Draughtsman.
He has B.A. Ist. Class Honours in Art & Design at Surrey Institute of Art & Design. after which he
retrained at the Lighting Industry Federation in Architectural Lighting.
He established Visual Energy in 1999

Andy Hudson
Andy is a seasoned project manager, with 25 years experience at a high level in Commerce, broadcasting, the entertainment and music business, Travel and Tourism.
Past clients include, The BBC, Channel 4 Warner Communications, JVC, KNRW ( Germany) The UN, Red Bull, British Airways, Avis, Vodafone , Coca-Cola and ABTA


Dedo Weigert
Dedo is the principal design consultant and has created speciality lights which have massive use in the entertainment industry and are finding more current use in the field of architectural lighting.
Dedo is an Oscar winner for Technical Acheivement and is the lighting design consultant to over 20 international museums and galleries
